Even as the advertisers attempt to ensure accuracy and reliability of sale content, these should not be construed as statements of fact and they do not constitute any part of an offer or contract.

General
• The free classifieds facility provided on WWW.HYDERABADCOMPUTERS.COM  is only for those people who belong to Hyderabad and surrounding regions or for people who wish to promote their business in this region.
• If you own a business in Hyderabad region, we assume that you are automatically providing your contact details to be added in our yellow pages directory under a specific section or category of products or services. The same is not applicable for an individual who submits an ad for a specific time period.
• For posting ads you need to register, along with a valid email ,postal address and phone number .
• Please fill in all the requested fields, so you give adequate information to possible buyers.
• Make sure you give a good description of the item you are selling and please be realistic about the items condition.
• If possible, add a picture or two of the item.
• We are not in any way responsible for the content of the ads, We are not responsible for the state of the items sold and the actions of the sellers or buyers.
• Ads run for 30 calendar days. You can update or delete your ads anytime you want.
• We reserve the right to reject any ad based on unacceptable content.

Rules For Posting Classifieds Ads
In order to keep the classified ads posted at the maximum quality, a general list of rules are to be followed when posting classified ads. This is a very limited list and basic common sense should be used to ensure that your classifieds are acceptable.
1. No posting of more than 10 ads per day.
2. No posting of same ad or similar ad to multiple categories.
3. No posting of classified ad into an inappropriate category.
4. No posting of illegal items including, but not limited to drugs, stolen items, pirated software or other media, or child pornography.
5. Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory content;
6. You must honestly and accurately describe the item for which you are posting an ad. WWW.HYDERABADCOMPUTERS.COM  assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of any classified ads posted on the site.
7. Do not use the classified ads for the sole purpose of promoting your website.
8. Distribute or post spam, chain letters, MAKE MONEY FROM HOME BUSINESS or pyramid schemes;
9. Do not post ads that are obscene, PORNOGRAPHIC, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or embarrassing to another user or any other person or entity.
10. The option to provide a link to a website related to your classified must not be used to link to any website that is not related to your classified ad.
11. Do not post copyrighted information and images unless you are the holder of the copyright or have permission from the owner of the copyright.
12. Do not harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including email addresses, without their consent.
WARNING: A VIOLATION OF THE FOREGOING GUIDELINES MAY BE REFERRED TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.
Editorial Guidelines
• All ad must be unique and original.
• NO ALL CAPITALIZATION in Title and Description. Use only standard capitalization. This means only capitalize the first word of a sentence, the first letter of each word in your title, abbreviations, and proper names.

In addition, we reserve the right to alter or delete any of the information a user provides, as we see fit. Offender‘s ads will be deleted and user accounts will be suspended without explanation.
